Group Class Terms and Conditions
Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information with third parties without your consent however we reserve the right to use your progress photos, progress information and testimonials for marketing purposes.
Content creation & promotion: During the group classes, you may be filmed or photographed for content creation purposes. You will only be filmed or photographed with your consent but this will be shared by SkyeFit Personal Training for promotional and marketing purposes. When you consent to being filmed/photographed, you are consenting to SkyeFit Personal Training using the content on the business website, social media accounts and other marketing materials.
Ownership of content: All content created during group classes shall be the sole property of SkyeFit Personal Training. This includes, but is not limited to, your training plan, videos, photos and written content. All property of SkyeFit Personal Training must not be redistributed or reproduced without our written consent.
Payments: Group classes must be booked through the LegitFit app and must be paid for when booking or using pre-purchased credits. Refunds will not be given for unused credits.
Cancellations:
Lateness: If you are late to arrive for the class you will only be entitled to the remaining time of the session and no refund will be due. If you do not attend the class, no refund will be due.
Medical conditions & injuries: If you have a new medical condition or injury you MUST notify a member of staff on arrival and complete a new PAR-Q form. If you do not complete a new form, SkyeFit Personal Training will not be liable for any further injuries or illnesses resulting from the new condition/injury.
Private Gym Hire Terms and Conditions
You are not permitted to use the gym without completion of an induction and a signed waiver.

Content creation & promotion: If you share any posts or stories on social media and tag SkyeFit PT you agree to us using the content on our own social media pages.

CCTV: There is CCTV video recording (no audio) operating 24/7. The cameras are located in the main gym area, outside the front entrance and in the hallway. This is for safety purposes and footage will be passed to insurance companies in the event of an accident or to police in the event of theft/criminal damage. Recordings are stored as per ICO regulations.
Other terms: You cannot allow any person to gain entry to the gym. If you allow entry, you will be required to pay the entry fee for that person and will be unable to book any further sessions until the fee is paid. Repeatedly allowing access will result in a ban from the gym.
You must leave the gym in a tidy state.

Online Coaching Terms and Conditions
Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information with third parties without your consent however we reserve the right to use your progress photos, progress information and testimonials for marketing purposes.
Content creation & promotion: During the course of your online coaching plan you might submit photos, send messages or add data. You will always be asked for your consent before this is shared by SkyeFit Personal Training for promotional and marketing purposes and you can choose be remain anonymous. When you consent to sharing of this information, you are consenting to SkyeFit Personal Training using the content on the business website, social media accounts and other marketing materials.

All property of SkyeFit Personal Training must not be redistributed or reproduced without our written consent.
Termination: SkyeFit Personal Training reserves the right to terminate the coaching plan if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions. The client must give 14 days notice to terminate their contract.
Payments: If payment is not received on the scheduled date, you must contact SkyeFit Personal Training as soon as possible to discuss. If payment is not received, your training profile will be paused until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, your contract will be terminated.
SkyeFit Personal Training promises to provide a training plan, nutrition advice and support to help you reach your goals that we have discussed. We promise to make any necessary amendments to your plan as we go and share our knowledge with you to get the best results.
All online coaching plans are subject to a minimum of three months and clients must give 14 days notice to cancel after the initial 3 month term.
