A PT session is a one hour private session in the studio where your personal trainer can guide you through the exercises in your personalised plan. Whether you are looking for a short term session plan to gain confidence with exercises or a long term session plan to motivate you to workout regularly, we can create a personalised program to help you reach your goals (weight loss, build muscle, improve fitness levels, improve mobility & flexibility etc)
Your session will be held in a private studio where you have all of the equipment to yourself. I am a trained women's specialist fitness coach and can offer you training sessions that are fun, effective and leave you feeling amazing (and maybe bit sore).
As it is a private studio, all of the equipment is always available (no other gym users sitting on the machines) so you don't have to wait around or substitute your exercises. We will be there whilst you workout to guide you and ensure you are performing every exercise correctly and progressing at the right pace.

Create an account, purchase a package or membership (you can purchase a package of 1, 5 or 10 PT sessions or a membership to include a set number of sessions per week)
If you would like a 2:1 session, book a 2:1 pass and you can book any PT session slot.
If you purchase a membership, you can book as far ahead as you would like to. As long as monthly payments are made the bookings will remain active. If a payment is missed, any future bookings are automatically removed.
You will be asked to complete a PAR-Q questionnaire before you arrive. Once you book your first session you will receive an email which will include the link to the form but if you want to get ahead, here is the link:
