Build muscle and improve your cardiovascular system with this mix of slow, controlled heavy weight exercises with quick HIIT cardio rounds

Build muscle and tone the areas that you want most using weights and resistance machines

Do you prefer to exercise with other people?
Do you need a set time each week when you know you will be doing your workout?
Do you need other people to help motivate and support you to push yourself harder?


Join us for a workout where we focus on using heavy weights to build muscle and burn body fat whilst increasing bone density and having fun.


You just need to bring water and a towel - Mats and weights are provided.
All abilities and ages welcome. Every class is fully adaptable to every ability and every participant is on there own station so you can go at your own pace. No classes involve high impact exercises or jumping. NO BURPEES!


You will be asked to complete a PAR-Q questionnaire before you arrive. Once you book your first session you will receive an email which will include the link to the form but if you want to get ahead, here is the link:
