Join us for a workout where we focus on using heavy weights to build muscle and burn body fat whilst increasing bone density and having fun.
You just need to bring water and a towel - Mats and weights are provided.
All abilities and ages welcome. Every class is fully adaptable to every ability and every participant is on there own station so you can go at your own pace. No classes involve high impact exercises or jumping. NO BURPEES!
