You will have access to all of the equipment that you need to complete a full workout including free weights and cardio machines. The bookable slots are limited to 4 women per one hour slot at the studio and 6 women per one hour slot at the gym.

You will be required to complete an our gym induction presentation before you are able to use the gym to show you how to use the equipment and explain our health and safety rules. When you create an account on our booking system you will receive a welcome email with the link to our induction presentation. Once you complete your induction presentation, please sign the gym waiver form at the end and then you will be able to book a slot via the LegitFit booking system which will enable you to gain entry to the gym. Each slot is for 1 hour.
Please note that there will be no members of staff onsite but there are safety measures in place to ensure that everyone remains safe. There is CCTV in operation at all times for safety purposes but this is only usual recording. No audio is recorded and this is all in line with ICO regulations.

Inductions are free and sent via a link in your welcome email. Our inductions are a presentation to download so that you always have access to refresh your memory. Each one hour gym session costs £5 or you can purchase an unlimited membership for £29.99 per month.
